Much the same as the previous one I made more tweaks to Openbox, it's really good now. So good that I'm thinking about doing a "minimal" install of Lucid... Oh boy, I'd better forget about that now.
i have this sudden craving for OB when i see this kind of stuff. what a wonderful, clean and efficient window manager that is. and you really illustrated those qualities visually as well with this setup. only pity is you put it on the mess that is ubuntu that ruins the overall harmony
Yeah, it's bad. Even when you disable it to hell, there is always a privacy policy link on the dash... Well, whatever. They lost me when they started not giving a damn about resource usage. I have a very weak box, but 10.10 I could run perfectly with minimal changes, it used at most 180mb ram.. With 12.10, in my desperation I went as far as disabling frickin kernel modules and it was hard to get it down to even 300.
It is indeed, and thanks Hmmm nobody seems to like Ubuntu around here lol But even though I don't have any problems with it, I'm toying with the idea of doing some kind a minimal install (that still might with the Ubuntu base though )
It's Dyne Dark, part of the openbox-themes package (at least on Debian and Ubuntu). I just changed some color options to #c0c0c0, so the window buttons are always visible.
